- Check that they have a careplan published with the correct start/end dates
- Select the careplan from the top left corner dropdown on the mobile app
- Pull to refresh on the main home screen on the mobile app
- If no change, log out and back in
No exercises visible
- Check that they have a careplan published with the correct start/end dates
- Check that the careplan has an exercise program in an
active
phase
- Check that the exercise program has scheduled exercise (i.e. daily, etc)
- If exercises are not scheduled daily, patient will not see a workout session for
Today
. They can view upcoming workout sessions by tapping thecalendar
icon in the app
- If the above is correct, pull to refresh on the main home screen on the mobile app
- If no change, log out and back in
Login info doesnโt work
- Check that the email entered on the app exactly matches the email in careplan
- instruct the patient to tap โForgot passwordโ on the app login screen
