Always check that the patient has the most up-to-date version of the app

No careplan visible

  1. Check that they have a careplan published with the correct start/end dates
  1. Select the careplan from the top left corner dropdown on the mobile app
  1. Pull to refresh on the main home screen on the mobile app
  1. If no change, log out and back in

No exercises visible

  1. Check that they have a careplan published with the correct start/end dates
  1. Check that the careplan has an exercise program in an active phase
  1. Check that the exercise program has scheduled exercise (i.e. daily, etc)
  1. If exercises are not scheduled daily, patient will not see a workout session for Today. They can view upcoming workout sessions by tapping the calendar icon in the app
  1. If the above is correct, pull to refresh on the main home screen on the mobile app
  1. If no change, log out and back in

Login info doesnโ€™t work

  1. Check that the email entered on the app exactly matches the email in careplan
  1. instruct the patient to tap โ€œForgot passwordโ€ on the app login screen
