Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password. Click on Forgot password on the login screen. Enter your email address and Careplan.ai will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

Client did not receive invite email

If a client did not receive the initial set up email, first make sure their email address is correct. Second, ask them to check their Spam folder or promotions folder (for gmail), as sometimes security filters will send the email there.
If the email is still not found, you can resend it by clicking the Resend button in the invited column of the client list.
