Basics
- The start date of a Templates defaults to today’s date when loaded
- Templates can be loaded from within a client’s profile, or via the
Careplansidebar menu link.
Global Templates
Global templates are default templates that are created by careplan.ai. These are based on the latest research and clinical practice guidelines.
Global templates cannot be permanently modified. However, you can load a global template, modify it, and then save it as a new template.
Custom Templates
- Create a careplan or open an existing careplan in the builder
- Build the template inside the builder by adding resources
- Select
Save As Templateto create a new template
Overwriting An Existing Template
This action can only be done with custom templates
- Within the careplan builder, Select
Save as Templatein the bottom right corner
- If you are editing an existing template, it will allow you to overwrite it
