Milestones, Lists and Checklists are resources that can be added to any phase
Milestones
Milestones are subgoals of a careplan. They are important steps to achieve the patient’s main recovery goal and are goals that a provider and patient work on together during treatment sessions.
In the patient app, Milestones (and other lists) look similar to the screenshot below
Milestones can only be checked off by a clinician within the dashboard.
Only one Milestones list can be added per phase
Lists
Lists can be created with a custom names that will display on the patient app. These are “bullet” form lists and are suitable for making recommendation lists or precautions.
Checklists
Checklists function similarly to milestones with two important differences:
- Checklists can have custom names
- Checklists can be checked off by either the provider or patient
